Jacqueline van Krieken’s area of expertise lies within marketing, sales and product management (from introduction to after-sales) of services/products in the business market.


She has extensive experience in business to business marketing of which 10 years was in telecommunications. She has worked in the Netherlands, France and Italy, with both national and international services. Her experience covers:

  • market research
  • strategic marketing
  • distribution agreements
  • product management
  • direct marketing
  • account management
  • customer loyalty
  • after-sales programmes

All of which gave her a broad view of the complete product and sales-cycle as well as the ability to translate product features into real customer business advantages and result-driven action plans.

After finishing her study of International Management, Jacqueline worked for KPN (the Royal Dutch Telecom) in several marketing and product management functions. She initiated and rolled-out several after-sales and customer loyalty programmes and was seconded by KPN to France (SIRIS) where she worked for 2 years as an account manager (rolling-out voice-networks for two American corporate customers).

Back in the Netherlands, she returned to KPN as Portfolio Manager responsible for KPN’s international services, provided by AT&T Unisource (AUCS) and Infonet. This involved the complete repositioning of the international services portfolio and re-introduction of the AUCS/Infonet services into the KPN organisation.

Following this she has moved to Italy, and become an Associate of Customer Champions.
