David Shieff is Customer Champions Asia Pacific customer relationship specialistDavid is founding director of Incisive Consultancy Group Ltd, a specialist consultancy with extensive experience of implementing customer value processes (including reputation measurement and management) in leading organisations in New Zealand and internationally.

His expertise is in the implementation of processes to collect and use market information to develop action strategies that drive market share and profitable growth; design and implementation of market research programmes that provide decision makers with timely information that addresses real business issues and problems; strategy process design and facilitation

David has an M.Com (Honours) from University of Auckland with an emphasis on strategic marketing. Following twenty years in the textile and clothing industry in New Zealand, David joined the University of Auckland Business School in 1987 developing and teaching courses in strategic marketing, and service marketing and management.

He has consulted to a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Consultancy experience includes design and conduct of a large scale employee satisfaction measurement and action programme implemented to lower staff turnover, implementation of organisation-wide customer value management process for Auckland City (NZ’s largest local government organisation), and most recently, working in the US, Europe and Asia with a Fortune 500 company to develop fine-grained measures of customer value added used to improve image and reputation and to increase market share and financial returns.
