The exploration of the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ of customer behaviour, via qualitative research across a multitude of markets, and the production of actionable conclusions and recommendations to assist clients in their business decisions.

Annie has extensive experience in the qualitative research industry including five years at The Qualitative Consultancy (TQC - where she worked closely with Juliet) and 8 years as a freelance consultant.  At TQC, she experienced a thorough grounding in all aspects of qualitative research, consumer and business, on a variety of issues, both at a tactical and strategic level.

Her broad experience in public sector work includes work with local authorities and government departments on a range of issues including council tax rates / local government funding, communications (internal and external), service offer / delivery.  Furthermore, she has been involved in a number of the recent public consultation exercises commissioned by the NHS, the Department of Work and Pensions, the Home Office and the Department of Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform which have involved moderation, facilitation and real-time analysis / feedback.
